[policy-charter] Placeholder for in-person meeting at IIW?

Hi all,
When are we meeting in-person at IIW? I don't see a placeholder on my
calendar other than our regularly scheduled meeting. I think the regularly
scheduled meeting will conflict with the IIW session planning slot.

@Gerry Gebel <gerry at strata.io> , since you have been organizing these
meetings, can you please clarify / send invite?
