Hi all,

Today's meeting attendees:
Allan, Gerry, Andrew, David, Alex, Omri, Roland, and Mark

The bulk of the call was spent reviewing the draft charter, covering the Purpose, Proposed specifications, Anticipated audience and users, and Working Group Name.

Next week will be focused on the Scope section.
