[policy-charter] Zoom call for Admin Policy Push group

Hi all,

Allan and I were thinking that a zoom call could be productive to address a
few topics, such as:

- Scope
- Renaming this group
- Review of current work
- Thinking about IIW
- Charter

We'd like to have this call before the end of the month, so how about:
- July 19 at 8am PT / 17:00 CET

- July 27 at 8am PT / 17:00 CET
