[policy-charter] Autoposting to this mailing list from GitHub

Hi all,
I'd like to auto-post issues / PRs / merges from the GitHub repo for AuthZ
API <https://github.com/SGNL-ai/authzapi> into this mailing list. If folks
feel this will be too noisy, I can create a separate mailing list. However,
this could be the right forum, since everyone here is interested in
developing a standard for the PDP / PEP communication.

Unless I hear otherwise, I will configure GitHub to post to this mailing
list at the end of my day.
