Indeed we should

So part of that is putting the charter together. Here are some samples:

Check out any of the groups, and look at their charter.

Part of what we need to do, is define the scope, and proposed standards. Thus, the inital discussion we are having now.

We prob need a volunteer who will take on the responsibility of creating the draft charter…
