CiviCRM & not telling people they already have OpenIDs

I implemented much of this functionality in CiviCRM. As a search through the
issue queue may have revealed, this is a known issue, and one that has been
addressed in the svn trunk code. We implemented an OpenID selector widget
(one of the common open source ones, but I forget exactly which) on this
page. In CiviCRM 2.3, it will be much more apparent that you probably
already have an OpenID.
