I agree. The combination of voting requirement for the creation of WG + the
desire to keep IPR process clean (meaning no meaningful discussions prior to
the formation of the WG) combine into a heavy process which slows down
innovation.
Is there any reason why the formation of the WGs can't be streamlined?
