[step2] OpenID UI Extension - Draft 0.1 (formerly known as the Popup Extension)

Good work.

At the same time, I think it is a good idea to form a WG before making  
a real technical work for the sake of the IPR cleanliness. For it to  
be a spec, you cannot incorporate any comments  given outside the WG.
