OK, I agree we are over engineering this, and we need to keep it simple.
Can we agree that for the purposes of Version 1.0 of the popup
extension, the RP should open the popup at 450x500 and that the OP MAY
resize the popup if needed? We can RECOMMEND that the OP only resize the
popup for exceptional cases (captcha, more info, etc).
In the interest of keeping it simple, let's just punt on Mobile for now,
although the Popup UX seems great on my iPhone. RPs that want to use it
for Mobile should go ahead and use it.
