I was going to point out http://an.tisanta.com (http://twitter.com/antisanta)
as another example of this, but it looks like the guys didn't bother to
renew the domain.
It *is* the most lightweight verification system there is. The guys wanted a
no-mess no-fuss solution for a quick fun hack (all they asked was a nickname
and email address). And, really, it's exactly the same as the retrieve
password functionality of most systems.
