Needs improvement

   - ability to globally set "name picked from your openID"
   - sub3.sub2.sub1.myopenid.com should not deafult to "sub1"

-- vis socialism.is.EVIL.myopenid.com<http://socialism.is.evil.myopenid.com/>defaults
to "socialism". This is a wholly unacceptable way to represent that
name.
