[user-experience] OpenID user experience (new mailing list)

I've also set up a very primitive wiki to start collecting user flows,
problem areas, opportunities, user narratives and existing interfaces:
http://openid.pbwiki.com
The password is 'openid'.
I couldn't find any other suitable place to stick this wiki -- and
figure that it can serve more as a collaborative scratchpad before
migrating stuff over to whatever "authoritative" wiki we end up using.
Sadly it doesn't support OpenID yet, but if enough of you ping
support at pbwiki.com, we might persuade David to get on board (I've been
pushing him for months!). ;)
