Aldo,

would be glad to participate in one, as usual ;-)

Timing is a bit of a question ... should it be now, where we're  
essentially at the point of "we know there is a problem, but don't  
know how to solve it yet" or should it be at the point  of "here is a  
first strawman, please shoot at it?"

Personally, I think I'd prefer the latter but would be open to either  
or both.
