Login dialog strawman based on IIW discussion

Do you have any of these mockups on a test site? I would like to make  
sure that Sxipper will still work with them.

(personally, while changing the form is nifty, I prefer the layout  
that we did with Whobar where there are multiple forms. Browser code  
completion works easier)
