Login dialog strawman based on IIW discussion

So what you are suggesting is this:
     http://openid.net/wiki/index.php/LID_Look_and_Feel
but as a bar in the top-right instead of the bottom-right? But it  
would have equivalent functionality, won't it? "Anonymous" vs. "You  
currently are http://example.com/jim" as well as login and logoff  
buttons.

I agree that would be most consistent with current practice -- the  
reason we picked the bottom-right was that some people complained it  
would screw up their existing web page designs. That's not  
necessarily an insurmountable problem, but something to keep in mind ...
