Having read that page, there are a bunch of hypes and incorrect factual
statements. You probably know this one: https://www.startssl.com/?app=14
and it works quite well. Here is my WebID: https://eddyn.startssl.com/
...and this OpenID provider isn't even unique actually. There are others
doing very similar stuff.
