I wonder how comfortable the more privacy conscious of users would be
with having their avatar spread around?
Of course, user control over the movement of profile fields (including
avatar) is pretty darn important but for the sake of simplicity it
seems like many OPs aren't taking a very granular approach nor going
the personas route yet.
