New extention for secure data transtfer.

Hello.

I'd like to introduce a proposal of new OpenID extention
which enables the end-users to disclose whose personal
information ("attibutes" like street address or card number
and so on) to RPs securely.

I have made a new entry on OpenID wiki -

This is almost same as one I and Nat(=nat) had presented in
IIW 2007b (Dec 3-5).

This is a "Draft 0" kind of thing, please feel free to
comment about anything.
