Tiny RDF Schema at openid.net?

I'd be happy to do it; I think we were talking about using
xmlns.openid.net/foo as a format. 

I think the next step would be sending a copy of the RDF file for people
here to look over. :)

With just a quick look at this, it seems like a good idea.  I'd like to
