Questions on Protocol

Welcome, James. For my part, I know for sure that authorization comes  
up fairly regularly in the context of OpenID, so it's great you are  
stepping up to help us all find some answers!

I would suggest that we start this work here, and if there is too  
much traffic, we move it off to a new list.
