Since SREG responses always return a (sub)set of predefined
values, as long as we ensure all the SREG attributes are
covered in the core list of AX attributes, they don't really need
to be defined separately.
And AX can perhaps have a "SREG compatibility" mode where
it would return all the SREG values for a specific request. Since
the main difference I'm seeing at the moment is that SREG doesn't
specifically request each value it wants, except in openid.sreg.required
and openid.sreg.optional.
That, I would think, should be the upgrade path between the two.
