PROPOSAL schema.openid.net for AX (and other extensions)

The list is a set of xml files that we wanted to post on
schema.openid.net so that everyone could see them per the proposed
draft.

Each attribute has a chunk of meta data around it.

( the files are all viewable and browsable as well as being machine
readable)

A good OP would dynamically add new attributes as they become
available as opposed to statically coding a set.

If you would be kind enough to let us set up schema.openid.net, then
we could more easily show everyone.
