openid.identifier vs openid.identity

I think that if we are going to change it, then now is the time to do
so.  At the same time, it creates one more thing that needs to be dealt
with for backwards compatibility.  Doesn't seem like the end of the
world not to change it, though the consistency of changing it is nice.

So I'm 0 on this issue.

Given that the spec uses the word identifier throughout, it would make
sense that the parameter would be called that.

Perhaps in changing what the parameter contains, we can rename it, and
keep openid.identity for backward compatibility?
