openid.identifier vs openid.identity

Yes!  Thanks, Dick. (I was too shy to propose this.)

Let's do that.  We have enough radically different meanings for 
'identity' already, let's try to use 'identifier' when we mean identifier.

Courtesy demands accommodating the fine folks who did all the OpenID 
1.0 implementations.  (Unless they are content to drop 
openid.identity.)  Barest backward compatibility will do the 
job:  openid.identity is deprecated, however, if openid.identifier is 
missing and openid.identity is present, the value of openid.identity 
will be used as the openid.identifier.
