which is what most people will know. The person editing the HTML page  
to put in the delegate tag is not a sys admin, it is your average  
blogger, who has not done any DNS configuration.

And I think when you think of what the DNS term leads me to think, I  
think this server is delegating to another server to answer the  
queries. That makes sense to me.
