Terminology wiki page (was RE: OP Identifier vs. OP-Specific Identifier)

To David's point, I could not agree more about achieving consensus on
terminology. As David knows, the majority of my feedback on pre-draft 11 was
regarding terminology.

To make it easier for us to focus on this issue, I took the Terminology page
from the last draft of the pre-draft 11 spec and posted it as a wiki page:

	http://openid.net/wiki/index.php/Terminology

I did some editing to remove spec-specific section references (which can be
easily added back in by the editors) and to fill in some terms that were not
fully fleshed out.

However keep in mind that this is only a strawman to help focus
discussion/decisions. I listed four open issues based on the questions David
asked in his message below and that have been in discussion on the list.

Between the wiki and the mailing list I hope we should be able to close
these open issues fairly quickly. Nobody is every fully happy with
terminology; almost by definition it ends out being concensus-driven.

Subject: OP Identifier vs. OP-Specific Identifier

So I'm working on cleaning up the terminology section with edits from
Drummond. On first read I had no idea what the difference between "OP
Identifier" and "OP-Specific Identifier" were. Now that my brain has
kicked in I do, but I have the feeling this is going to be really
confusing for others reading the specification.

I really think we need to get our terminology down, since right now it
is honestly quite confusing:
 - Identifier (umbrella definition)
 - Claimed Identifier (umbrella definition)
 - OP-Specific Identifier (needs context)
 - OP Identifier (needs context)
 - Public Identifier (tries to create context)
 - Private Identifier (tries to create context)
 - Privacy-protected login (have we even defined this)

How can we clean this up? I think the problem is that we're trying to
describe features via the terminology section.
