Comment: > Why not just offer different well-known endpoints (possibly with different issuers) for each version supported? My thought was proposing auto-discovery of endpoints for each version of the spec. If we want to use well-known endpoint per each version

 of the spec, the receiver has to find out that via out-of-band mechanism.
