Both modes seems to allow a receiver make a request with and without a path. Why? </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">IOW when should a receiver call one or the other. How does it know?</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Is the intent of the issuer specific path to allow multiple issuers for a transmitters?
