[Openid-specs-risc] Certification launch prep

Hi all,
I want to bring everyone's attention to the first milestone we aim to hit
in 2026: Launching the certification program for SSF + CAEP transmitters.
To focus our efforts, we created a label in GitHub called "certlaunchv1".
As of now, we have labeled 3 issues
<https://github.com/openid/sharedsignals/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20state%3Aopen%20label%3Acertlaunchv1>
and one PR
<https://github.com/openid/sharedsignals/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aopen+label%3Acertlaunchv1>
with that label.

I'd like to discuss these issues and the PR in tomorrow's call, so I've
added this to the agenda
<https://hackmd.io/@oidf-wg-sse/wg-meeting-20260113>. I  encourage everyone
to review the open issues in GitHub and label any additional issues
"certlaunchv1", if you think they must be addressed before the
certification launch.
