   - George Fletcher (Practical Identity)

   - Apoorva Deshpande (okta)

<#Notes>Notes <#Interop-Event>Interop Event

   - At Authenticate Conference
   - No proposal to give pre-registration passes, but we *might* be able to
   get a discount
   - 1st interop event that will test to the final v1 spec
   - Online participation is available
   - Like Gartner where there will be visibility for implementation
   - Online participation means you get included in the results, but would
not demonstrate product at the conference
   - Eventually there will be a list with information about implementations
who are conformant with final v1 spec

<#Extraordinary-meeting>Extraordinary meeting

   - We have made non-normative changes and need approval from the group to
incorporate those changes into the current draft vote
   - Please send an email with langauge saying that you approve the changes
   - We need quorum (the lower of 20 people or 20% of the people active in
the WG) to approve the changes
   - The changes are non-normative, and the final draft will just turn into
   the final spec.
   - (Apoorva) I didn't receive a response to the version numbers comment
      - (Shayne) The published drafts have to be sequential in numbers. The
currently published draft is v3 for SSF and CAEP and v1 or RISC
      - (Shayne) We had to move to v4 of SSF and CAEP and v2 of RISC at the
      start of the voting period
      - (Shayne) When we made the non-normative changes, we had to go to v5
of SSF and CAEP and v3 of RISC. This caused the regression in the version
      numbers of the working draft
   - (Apoorva) Are we walking back the decision to keep higher numbers? If
we merged something, would we up the draft number or not?
      - (Shayne) We would update the number if we move to a new draft
      - (Shayne) There's two kind of publishing, OpenID publishing, and
internal WG publishing. The draft numbers are for the OpenID level
      publishing.
   - Extraordinary meeting is on Aug 14th, 10a Pacific using the Zoom link
   on the meeting invite:
   https://zoom.us/j/98105195621?pwd=MjJmUUJ2dW9zRVp3NWtDQ3RpTzRadz09

<#Next-regular-meeting-812-Cancel>Next regular meeting (8/12) Cancel?

   - Shayne and Atul are both unavailable, and we have the extraordinary
meeting on 8/14, so should we cancel?
      - (Shayne, Atul) Yes.

<#Action-Items>Action Items

   - (Atul) Ask Mike to send cancellation for 8/12
