[Openid-specs-risc] Review period for SSF, CAEP and RISC has begun

I wanted to bring your attention to this announcement from the OpenID
Foundation, that officially begins the 60-day review period for the SSF,
CAEP and RISC proposed final specs.

We are seeking feedback from everyone. This is a great opportunity to
spread awareness among your peers in the industry, so that they can review
