Greetings all,

There has been a lot of great feedback about the Shared Signals and CAEP specs coming out of the interop events. We are now starting the process of incorporating that feedback into the specs and preparing for an official Version 1 release. Starting next week, we will be moving to a weekly cadence for the working group meetings. This should be reflected in the calendar invite already.

I have labeled the issues and pull requests that should be considered for v1 with a "v1Final" label. If you have any you would like to see added (or removed) for consideration, please bring it up at the next working group meeting. Our goal is to move quickly towards a resolution so that we can bring the Shared Signals, CAEP, and CAEP interop specifications to an official v1 release. Non-normative changes and backwards-compatible normative changes will be considered if they enhance the specs. Because there are a number of implementations that have already been established, we can not consider breaking changes unless the need is very urgent.

Please add your comments to the issues in Github and I look forward to discussing them with you at the next meeting.

- Shayne
