[Openid-specs-risc] 2 hour workshop on conformance testing

Hi all,

Thomas Darimont has been working hard to ready conformance tests for the
Shared Signals Framework and CAEP. He will be hosting a 2-hour workshop on
Tuesday, Jan 28th, from 9 AM to 11 AM PST. During the workshop you will be
able to:

   - Understand how the conformance tests work, and how the conformance
   testing program works
   - Download the conformance tests and try them out for yourself against
   your implementation.
   - Get your questions about conformance testing answered
   - General feedback and discussions about spec interpretation for the
   tests.

You do not need to be a member of the OIDF or a contributor to the SSWG in
order to attend this workshop.

A goal of this workshop is to form a list of improvements to the tests and
identify additional implementations willing to provide us with SSF enabled
reference environments for additional testing.
