After thinking about this more, a similar concept will be useful for PULL streams too - except expiring the stream it's for expiring the events themselves, so that the Tx doesn't have to keep them for too long. (more an optimization instead of a security use-case) FYI SSF spec discourages [exp claim](https://openid.net/specs/openid-sharedsignals-framework-1_0.html#name-the-exp-claim)
