Hi all,
I've incorporated the feedback from Apoorva and Shayne in this commit to
the PR. Please note that based on the feedback received, now PUSH and POLL
are both required to be supported by Transmitters and Receivers.

We may have to scale this back in order to meet the Gartner interop
timeline, but for now I am keeping both as required.

Please review the updated PR.
