[Openid-specs-risc] Topics for next call (inbound, authorization headers, configurable issuer)

Hi,

Following last week’s call, I would like to continue the conversation from last week.  There are three items:

* Configuring receiver or inbound streams
* Configuration of an authorization header value for a transmitter to use when PUSHing events or that a receiver uses when POLLing for events.
* Configurable “issuer” value for a receiver not to mention the transmitter (e.g. because the transmitter is forwarding an event and is not actually the signer).
