[Openid-specs-risc] Unable to host call today

I'm assuming no call today since its 7min after the start, Atul sent his
"unable to host" message and Zoom is saying "Waiting for the host to start
this session".

Mike: Is this an OIDF-managed zoom meeting? If so, perhaps we could set up
a few more alternate hosts?
