[Openid-specs-risc] agenda for meeting on Jan 25, 2022

Hi all,
I've merged the RISC pull request to the master branch. Thanks to Shayne
for reviewing and approving the pull request and for others who reviewed
this and the previous pull request. Here are my thoughts on the agenda for
tomorrow's meeting:

   - Request that the OpenID members review the RISC draft
   - Migrate repository to Github
   - Website content - I haven't progressed on content, but if there's
   anything else to discuss, we should do that

Please reply-all if you would like to add / suggest changes to the agenda
items.
