We are currently drafting some changes to the stream management portion of the SSE spec to accommodate multiple streams per Tx/Rx relationship, based on a stream ID.

I am currently working on OpenID connect SSE implementation and I came across this doubt on how to identify a stream when two receivers are using one endpoint. I found a related issue in bitbucket :
