[Openid-specs-risc] Revised SSE WG homepage

Hi all,
I feel that the current SSE WG home page is a bit outdated. We could gain
more traction for both the SSE framework as well as CAEP and RISC if we
highlighted the features a bit better. To that end, I propose that we work
on a new home page content that will:

   - Highlight the broader nature of the SSE work (Secure Webhooks)
   - Provide an overview of the two applications - CAEP and RISC
   - Highlight latest OpenID Blog posts about SSE (e.g. Review notices, or
   other informational blog posts)
   - Provide links to content around the net such as blog posts, videos of
   talks, etc. that have focused on CAEP / SSE / RISC
   - Enable us to embed videos or other multimedia content that some
   members are willing to volunteer for
   - Link to the calendar
   - Have a better representation of the repository content

I very much like the new FAPI home page at https://fapi.openid.net/. I
wonder if we can get some design help to do something like this.

Please share your thoughts on the mailing list. I also am proposing an
agenda item to discuss this in the next call.
