[Openid-specs-risc] CAEP pull request - removed bad example

Hi all,
We had an example in the CAEP spec that set the "sub" value in the common
JWT fields, whereas
we should only be setting the subject identifier in the "subject" field as
described in the SSE draft. I've made this change in the following pull
request. Please take a look:
