[Openid-specs-risc] Public Review Period for Two Proposed SSE Implementer’s Drafts

The foundation-wide review has been announced at https://openid.net/2021/06/07/public-review-period-for-two-proposed-sse-implementers-drafts/ and https://twitter.com/openid/status/1401995219457826817.

Note that I’m in touch with the editors to quickly get a few editorial problems with the drafts corrected – among them missing or incorrect dates and references.  People should not wait for these updates to begin their reviews.
