[Openid-specs-risc] Call schedule and process questions

Hi all,
We had earlier agreed that we would reduce the frequency of the calls to
being once every two weeks. However, the RISC event types spec still has
one open pull request (credential compromise) that still needs some
discussion (see notes from today's call)

So, there are two related questions here:

   1. Should we start the review process for the SSE Framework Spec and the
   CAEP Spec separately from the RISC Event Types Spec? That way we do not
   need to resolve the RISC pull request urgently, and can proceed with
   starting the review period for the SSE and CAEP specs.
   2. If we would like to start the review of all three specs at the same
   time, then should we keep a weekly call schedule until we resolve the RISC
   spec issue?
