[Openid-specs-risc] Meeting today?

Hi Sorry I was on vacation for a few days, so I didn't get a chance to
reset the calendar. We can skip the meeting today, but there is an
outstanding PR on the RISC spec that we need to close on before we can
start the comment period. Can we discuss that one thing today and then
switch to the biweekly schedule?
