[Openid-specs-risc] merged to master!

Hi all,
Thank you everyone for your contributions and patience with the extensive
discussions in the development of the SSE Framework and the CAEP spec.  We
conducted 4 in-person and 1 virtual workshop, and numerous conference calls
to get here.

All changes discussed so far and incorporated into the "caep-draft-01"
branch have now been merged to the "master" branch. The latest drafts can
be viewed here <https://bitbucket.org/openid/risc/src/master/>.

Please note that even though all changes are now in the master branch, all
documents including the SSE Framework and the CAEP specifications are still
in "draft" mode, and can be reviewed / commented on and discussed before we
call the specifications final.

Let's discuss the next steps toward making the drafts final in tomorrow's
call.
