[Openid-specs-risc] Call today

Hey all,

I won't be able to make the call today due to IIW.

I can't think of an alternative name to CAEP, so I'll drop my objections to the name. I do think, however, we still need to think about how CAEP vs RISC is described and how the relationship between SSE, RISC and CAEP are understood by the community and implementers.
