Notes:

   Is clarifying what “user, device, session, etc.” mean in the context of
   the spec required?
   -

   CAEP Event Types Specification -> CAEP Specification - Atul to work on
   renaming and adding a preamble that does the following:
   -

      Specifies what the CAEP spec comprises of
      -

      Clarifies the difference between RISC and CAEP (or the scope of the
      CAEP spec)
      -

      If possible fix the IETF preamble
      -

   Stan to incorporate the feedback from Matt in the PR (types of values,
   example and clarify definition of Transmitter and Receiver - type and
   format)
   -

   Merge Stan’s PR to the RISC spec
   -

   Resync request will be discussed after the merge to master
   -

   Google RISC Service is at:
   https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/risc
   -

   It uses the Event Management API as described in the RISC spec
