The only change I’d recommend, which Atul noted also, is to remove the REQUIRED and OPTIONAL notations on the 4 optional events (md file lines 110ff) as they’re in a section titled Optional Event Claims already.  Otherwise, looks good to me, and I’d recommend merging.
