[Openid-specs-risc] Notes from today's call

  1.  With the determination here that the event belongs in RISC (which doesn’t have a required member event_timestamp, but the event can have it it as optional in with the same definition as CAEP uses), then once again, all CAEP profile events DO require event_timestamp, and we can make it required once again in the CAEP profile.


Concern withdrawn. Agreement on the call was to make  event_timestamp optional, individual events can require it if necessary. That works.
