I just updated my PR (openid / risc / Pull Request #8: Align with new subject identifier draft, fix examples, change timestamp — Bitbucket<https://bitbucket.org/openid/risc/pull-requests/8>) to include the topics discussed on yesterday's call as well as:

  *   Matt's comments
  *   moving required and common claims to their own section
  *   language around event_timestamp handling
  *   spelling errors
  *   additional examples showing required and optional claims
